I really appreciated the service at McDonald Nissan. They were very helpful with helping me understand what needed to be done to my vehicle. Gave me quotes upfront, and when I went to pick up my car, it was such a nice surprise to see that they had washed it, dusted the dash, vacuumed, and even did a wheel alignment at no charge. I’ll definitely be back when I need something else or when I’m ready to buy a new vehicle. 😊👍
My experience was not what I expected? I just went in for a regular transmission oil flush, left and two days later my reverse went so I booked another apt. Waited all day and was handed a $12,000 quote??!! My trucks transmission was going?? How can that happen? I keep up with all services according to mileage?? Talked with service manager cause costumer service with Rod was not as Macdolald Nissans mission is!! So hopefully the service manager can tell me as I’m on foot?! It’s a disaster, I don’t know why this happened?!!!😭 there was nothing wrong with my truck? Maybe I shouldn’t have had a transmission flush if still have a running vehicle??!! But as a confident driver I took care of my truck?!
Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had! Paul McDonald, himself, and John Rhode listened to my wishes and took the time to find me the perfect vehicle within my price range. Showing me a great range of options. Both were welcoming, professional, and thorough. They offered for me to contact either directly at anytime with any questions, even outside of business hours. Celine in finance was an absolute delight. She was very detailed explaining all of the warranty options and purchase procedure. I have complete confidence in my vehicle and the entire dealership. Super crazy customer service , waste of time. They will keep u on hold for purchasing the car, will even take 500 dollar to book the vehicle and then no reply. You have to call them hundred of times to ask the status. They will be super good initially when they have to grab you and as soon as you book the vehicle no response. The worst part is hanging the customers for no reason without replying to them and one has to make efforts to communicate with them. Cars of Nissan may be good but customer service and communication is super bad . Won’t recommend.
Thanks to the owner for writing a long reply but sorry it doesn’t justify ignoring the customer once the deposit is made. It’s the Worst Part.
I have been purchasing and servicing my vehicles at McDonald Nissan for many years, and I have made purchases and had service more than just a few times. I cannot thank Paul and the entire team enough for the professional, courteous, helpful and informative service I receive, time and time again. Every time I walk in the dealership, Paul, Norm, Archie, Celine, Rob, Kelly, Keith, Chauncey and others take time out of their busy day to answer my questions and get me served quickly and fully. Very good experience. As a first time car buyer the experience was very overwhelming, but Nissan was very welcoming and not pushy. I was very impressed, and would recommend for sure.
I have a dodge van that is converted for wheelchair use and the Ramp would not slide in and out. My only option for repair is to drive to Calgary to get it looked at.
This is a huge inconvenience and it wastes a lot of time and money. Someone recommended I take it to mcdonald's nissan to see if they could help me.
When my vehicle is out of commission. I cannot go anywhere and it limits my independence as a person with a disability.
The folks at McDonald's Nissan wasn't sure if they could help me. But they looked at it and determined that it was only a belt that needed to be secured.
Not only did they save me the trip to Calgary and the inconvenience but save me a lot of money as well.
Service was awesome. And I know that we will definitely check them out again if we need anything.
